SCOTT MALOTT, Owner

Scott has been in the remodeling industry since 1995, starting out as a furniture and cabinet maker.  The scope of jobs grew larger and in 1999 he began finishing basements, doing full remodels, decks, custom patios and outdoor coverings. Scott prides himself on attention to detail and quality workmanship and he enjoys helping homeowners make their home project dreams a reality. 

Scott ​also has over 10 years of experience building custom homes and has developed solid relationships with dependable, local contractors who are experts in their field and live up to the high standards that Scott expects.  The majority of our jobs come from referrals by previous customers.  In fact, Scott has several customers who have called him back to finish second basements after they moved!

Scott is a car enthusiast who likes to spend his free time fixing his '87 square body daily driver or improving performance on his street car.  He also enjoys playing golf, cooking outdoors on his four grills, and relaxing on the deck with a cigar.
